Funny, but I'm sure that I put this in the Internet .... category, and for the specific reason that it was a follow-on for an identically named thread (minus the "-II".

I'd REALLY like to see it back where I believe it belongs. Somewhat as the way MS says "by design" for things that don't seem quite right, I feel similarly about this. That is, it was put where it was originally by design.
