>>I am using a thermometer to let the user know the progress of a long process. The thermometer's label and/or progress bar are updated periodically. My problem is that after the first label update my thermometer label and progress bar are not being refreshed after I modify them. When I run the program with the debugger the thermometer refreshes just fine. What is causing the thermometer to not refresh in normal mode? Is there some way to force a refresh? I call the Refresh() methods right after I change the label/bar.

>Can you show part of the code, where you update your thermometer? You should use method Update (assuming, you use the standard _ftc thermometer class). We use thermometer in scan loop and it updates just fine.

Thank you for your help but I found out that by using the Draw() method the information was displaying correctly. I don't know why I need to to this but it works.

Thanks again,
