My warning starts prompting for the code every time they launch the app if the kill date is less than 10 days away. Yes it is annoying and all the employees also get to see the message which gives an impression that their employer may be a deadbeat because the message says they are 50 to 60 days past due. The app will skip past the warning up to the kill date. I have yet to fail to receive payment within a few days of the initial warnings.

>>Not harsh at all. You had every right to get final payment for the delivered product. I will sometimes build in a 'kill' feature for non-payment. This is date sensitive [around 90 days] with the kill date compiled into the APP. Once they pay, I give them a code to enter into the app that deactivates the kill feature.

>That gets their attention. They want their data,I want to get paid. we have a meeting of the minds. Sorry to say that I have to resort to using that technique a few times. not often, but its there when I need it. And it works.

>p.s. I usually have a special key stroke, which will work for that day, or two, depending if they are local, it works for one day. If I get paid, I take out the Kill .... its simple as taking out a hidden file .. But if they owe more money, in goes the file again. waiting like a time bomb.
