I've spent a bit looking for an answer to this in UT...I'm pretty sure
I've seen this question asked before, but darned if I can find it. So,
how can I tell if an external program is already running? For example,
the windows calculator? I need to make sure that that program isn't running
before I issue a "RUN /N CALC.EXE" from my app.
