I managed to solve it, deeply hidden in the print dialog class is the command, just had to add ER PROMPT to the end if it :) After many hours of fracing to find it.
>>My client wants all the reports run from the default Run Reports menu. However, this does not bring up the standard Windows print Dialog, and as some of the reports run several hundred pages, they want to be able to print only selected ranges. Is there a way to force the Run Reports menu to use the default Printer prompt?

>BTW, here in Download section there is a Range class by Ko Wisse, which allows you to specify several ranges to print. For my regret, I haven't tested this class or incorporated in my applications, just played with it once.
