There's also no "smoker's model" - pocket for smokes. On a similar note, a friend had a brochure for a Subaru Outback and one of the standard features was the "non-smoker's package" which we took to mean that there was NO lighter and NO ashtray. Neat how nothing can turn into a "package".
Drifting further... marketing no ashtray/no lighter as a package is still far far better than No Marketing for a fine (VFP7) package.
