Well, like any comedian he suffers from getting into a rut. And Friday nights show was a rerun. And it had David Spade who is an uninformed whiner. But I thought his show last week was good with the head of Sierra, but it was clear that Denis had not prepared for such a high powered guest.

He seems to be at home with other comedians who don't really know what they're talking about. He's not really running a news show or a talk show and he should not forget that.

His show is first and foremost a platform for his rants which are inconsistent at best, but when they're good they're damn good and you're afraid to laugh out loud because you'll miss the next thing he'll say. But you can't fill a half hour with that so he makes up funny captions to pictures of celebrities and brings on a guest to fill the rest of the half hour.
