I used the ? by mistake, it normally is ?MyVar and MyVar is already declared. The thing is, i want to make my code full proof on bad sql statement, so if somebody like me forget to send the Var name along with the ?, the component does't generate a C5 by gracefully cleanup an warn the developer of the error.
