It looks like, after many test that the guilty is SqlExec(). On a COM Server if SqlExec() Fails with an error VFP return the control to the client in the same manner as ComReturnError() would do. With an error like this: "OLE IDispatch Exception Code 5 From:..." So my COM Server does'nt cleanup it self.

Anybody had experienced this funny behavior before ?
