Well, the last sentence is added by me.
That was the Chinese Word thinking heard from radio, and I convert it with my poor English.

Well, I poke fun at him, he put too heavy valuation on chance.
However, best use of "chance" is to give the Right or Potential person to exert it.

A heathy company is a company which the leadership can give the right chance into right person to betake.
