I have a program that creates a view on a table.

This is a remote view that is based on an SQL server query def. There are two tables involved.

Once the views are created I index one and set a relationship on it.

This is a multiuser environment and the problem is, I create an executable and run it on my machine, everything works fine.

I leave the executable open and fire up another instance of the exe on anothere machine. The views get created, but the index will not work, I get the messsage that this file is in use and that if I try later I may be able to get the file.

The views are created on the local machine, so why is the program not able do the index on another machine?

Can someone help me with this.
