I have looked at the settings in the 'Server Properties' for my printer. I set up my Custom size as 9"w and 12"h, because if I set it up as 12"w and 9"h, I could not 'see' it when go into page setup for my report form. My report form shows a width of 12.00" and my custom size paper shows a width of 9". Do you think that is my problem? There are several custom sizes in my 'Server Properties' that I cannot 'see' when in the page setup of my report forms. Should I be looking for help at Hewlett Packard?
