Is best to create a new form than contain the grid, make it to cover all the form and show it when you want,
set the following:
Set the Grid property AllowAddnew to add new records
The Top property to 1
The Left Property to 1
Set the Form's property Datasession to Default datasession

In resize event
This.Grid1.Width = This.Width
This.Grid1.Height = This.Height
