There are many alternatives to SA-fileUP. ASPupload is one less expensive. There are also many, many freebies (check out www.aspin.com). The problem with a roll-your-own approach is that you have to parse out the delimiters. One of the tools will do this for you and probably also give you binary transfer ability that you may need in the future..
