This may be difficult to track down. A C5 error is a GPF.

How did you register the server?
REGSVR32 ILD_VFPDataAccess.DLL
Is it installed as a COM+ component?
Yes it is running Out of Process in its own package
What type of security are you using?
No Security is set up on the Package
How about transactions?
MTS is disabled
Any UI trying to happen in the component?
No User Interaction just a Table Look up and a return of XML information.
Are you printing a report?
Not Really.
