Kevin, if you're distributing a VFP mtdll, you just need to include:
vfp6t.dll
vfp6RENU.dll

You could download ASPvote from the download section to see an example of a VFP mtdll distribution (3.3 MB). Although it's a web app, it'll show what's needed.
