I've never heard of the program but I don't think you need one.

All the settings under Tools - Options are stored in the registry associated with your user ID. Locations of windows, toolbars, etc. are stored in the reource file. If you have RESOURCE=ON in your Config file or you specify one in the File Locations tab of the options and click on the Set As Default button, they should stick around for the subsequent sessions.
