I think it would be interesting to see what would shake out there. Having said that isn't the USPS (or equivalent) in the Constitution? I don't recall if it's federally mandated or not - but try and pry it loose from the grip of the unions and you'll get a refresher definition of the word "thug", I'd bet. <g>
