(laugh) yeah, that *would* make a difference, wouldn't it?

As it happens, those were the properties of the first radio station of my commercial broadcasting career -- WAAM in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Average temp about 65 degrees, average humidity around 45 percent, and I can't remember the lat/long after 28 years or so (BG)...

Yes, a *very* weak station by comparison to the clear channel folks, but it was the flagship station for Wolverine football for many years until WJR picked them up about 10 years ago.
