Got your information. I'm about to leave for the airport and will be travelling today. I'll look at your notes on the plane.

In the meantime, I'd suggest setting sparse to .f.

Also, you want the calculation per row, correct? It seems to me that you'd prefer having the controlsource for the textbox as the calculation. LostFocus or Valid will only effect one row and with sparse = .t. it should be showing you the same value for all rows in the calculated row.

BTW, take out one of the column calculations until you get the other working. It will simplify your debugging.
