Duh ... I saw "labels" and immediately thought you were using mailing labels and couldn't figure out why. Consider it one of my blonde moments < s >.

That that I understand the problem, I agree with a previous suggestion to not use labels and instead use a field that is bound to a memo field in some table. Either that or you can use Word automation.
