Well, its the cheaper way to go. And alot of fun. I haven't been to an advisor DevCon, but I hear its alot like DevConnections, and I was there this year.

Anyways, look at the session lists for both confrences, if there are sessions at one not offered at the other that you think you need, and can convince whoever approves the confrence that you need it, that would be the way to go. Your other selling point would be on price, which would most likely be WhilFest.
