yeah, that's what's got my interest - I keep seeing reports on terrific health benefits from soy. I like the tofu dishes, but I don't think of it regularly enough to make a difference. I figure soy milk would be a more practical way to add some to my diet. Thanks for the tip - I'll try a few kinds before I give up!
