Probably not: if I understand correctly, you got interrupted while the form was saved. Anyway, you need two files for a form: one for the SCX, one for the SCT. Try if you can rename some files.
But, above all,
start making regular backups! At least, to a separate disk on a network; preferably to a removable disk (e.g., ZIP, removable hard disk, CD).
Comment on spelling: Change servor -> server.
