I don't know this one, but you might also want to take a look at Perforce (
www.perforce.com). Since it is free for 1-2 programmers, you can test it before you buy licenses for more than 2 programmers.
It works fine for me - however, I am working alone, so I don't have experience sharing files with other programmers.
