It is a fact that MS Office Components (Word, Excel, ...) are memory hogs.

FoxPro is also a memory hog.

If you want to reassure your users there is only one real way that I would suggest. That would be to first run the report with excel open and get the insufficient memory message and the upgrade the memory, run the report, again and watch it work.
