Regarding the Exception OE:
We found a work-around solution but do not yet know the real cause of the problem. When we uninstalled all HP2100 drivers, no OEs. Bottom line is that this computer will only tolerate the basic HP4 driver. Even the latest drivers from HP for the HP21005e and HP2100PCL, with or without FontSmart, will cause an Exception OE.
Please note that about 400 of my users use the HP2100 with no problems.
Go figure.
