Does anyone know if there is a size limit using offline remote views?

I've got a view which I can take offline & online with no problems when the record counts are around a thousand. However, when I run the same program using my live database, after about 30 minutes of processing the offline view is created but contains zero records.

The live SQL database contains over one million records, each record is about 350 bytes in size giving a total size of 350Mb. The local disk has well in excess of 15Gb free.

Any help would be appreciated.
