I've used ZoneAlarm 2.6 and WinProxy 4.0 but don't have access to them right now. There is a support KB at www.winproxy.com but all you should have to do is tell ZoneAlarm to allow (and "remember") that it's ok for WinProxy to access the Internet and act as a server.

What's the problem you're having?
