There are two high end accounting VFP packages that I am aware of

Visual Account Mate -www.accountmate.com
SBT Pro Series 5 www.sbt.com

For both, source code is available. Visual Account Mate's has been out for over a year (less buggy). SBT recently released their Pro Series 5, they offer excellent System Manager functionality, such as key field code changes, user tracking (who was logged in and when) and excellent change tracking (old value and new value)
