Not to confuse you more, but, you may need to configure IWAM_machinename for Win2k. I believe that the default run environment for a web app in Win2k uses IWAM. If you configure your web app for 'low application protection', it still uses IUSR_machinname. Low is dangerous, though, unless you're on a development machine or can afford for the web server to go down.
