Rick,
Thanks for the info. I will look into it more on my end. We have a mixture of Windosw 95 and 98 machines. We also are genreating some rather large PDFs (~15 MB... yes MEGA bytes) Our reports contain several JPGs.

>Some additional information: I installed Acrobat 5.0 on a Windows 98SE box this evening and am having no problems opening PDF files created with the Amyuni PDF Converter, either in IE over the Web or locally from the hard drive. So whatever the problem is, it's certainly not universal.

>>>Can you please post back to this thread if you get a response from Amyuni about this issue? I've had at least one report of this myself, and it will become a big problem as more and more people update their Acrobat Reader to 5.0. Rather than a lot of us contacting Amyuni individually with the same question, maybe you can share whatever you learn from them.

>>>>You are correct the files created by Amyuni are not being read by Adobe Acrobat 5. We get an "error reading the file". I have not yet approached Amyuni about this but I will now that I am thinking about it. The response I have received from Amyuni has been excellent. Support is by email and I get an answer the next day, which I beleive is due to the time difference between Ohio and France.
