I read all that material and that's not my problem.

I stop the form as it closed down and inspected the memo field in question. I stopped at Destroy, Unload, Deactivate, and as the Data environment was closed up. In every case the memo field was intact and contained what it should. Because this form is called from another form, I checked as control as passed back to the calling form. At that point the memo field is not correct. I don't understand why this happening. Do you have a clue?
