I have found that if you put something in a form's Picture property and then change your mind and remove it (so the property now shows [NONE]) that what is actually stored in the Properties field of the .scx is "Picture = ..\".

When you try to open the form in the designer again, you will get an error "C:\ not found". You must hack into the .scx table and delete the Picture property line altogether or put a valid file name in the Picture property.

Hope this saves someone's nerves from frying the way it fried mine! ;~)
