Yes, every REPORT FORM will load the printer driver as far as I know.

If preview is wrong AND the print is wrong suggest there is a printer driver problem, not a video driver problem. If you have reinstalled the drivers, then I cannot help you further, unfortunatelly. If I were you, I would reinstall the whole OS.
