Nancy has explained most major points, although I am not at this moment sure about the exact syntax.

I want to add that objects added to a form are initially invisible; the idea is that you first change visualization properties (like .Top and .Left), and only then change .Visible = .T., to avoid the user seing the object jumping around on the screen.
