>Glad to see that there is finally a framework that supports SPT and remote execution. We've been developing large-scale databases for years. We have never found a commercially available Fox framework that understood how to work with big back-ends. Remote Views are not the way, they are very inefficient and open up the database unnecessarily, but that's another topic.
Remote views are not as inefficient as you think. Unless you're writing a system that's being pounded on by thousands of people per day, remote views are a good way to go. Both Codebook and MM use remote views extensively. To move to MM from Flash Codebook is a complete rewrite, but the learning curve would be sharply reduced if you've been using Codebook for any amount of time. If you choose to use only SPT, MM does support it. The learning curve is steep, but the documentation is excellent. I suggest to all new users that they attend the MM training before they undertake any major projects. It will help you ramp-up much faster.
