My code was just an example of creating an array property that could hold objects. This would be useful when keeping an array of "subscriber" objects, for example. (If I'm not abusing the concept of subscriber.)

For instantiating controls on a form, I see David has answered that question, I think, though I haven't checked the rest of the thread.
