Hello,
You should have it already. It cames with Visual Studio. If you've bought the Visual FoxPro only, you should have it too. It's on one CD in the box.
Anyway, you could download it from Microsoft site.
Also, I recommend to download the SQL Server 7.0 Service Pack 2 (a 90Mb monster) to update MSDE.
