PLEASE HELP............

I have a old bank application install to WinME, also I have type a command "DEVICE=C:\WinMe\command\ANSI.SYS" to the config.sys, but everytime this file will replace by a blank config.sys when I restart the computer, and the old will go to config.bak.

Is there anyway to fisk it.
