We've got a test site up in ASP.NET, but can't figure out how to deploy it to a production environment.

In our work setup, the dev and stage environments are held in-house, but production is on a completely isolated network.

The developers have sent me a ZIP archive of their ASP.net project work directory, but when I try to open it, VS.NET says that it can't locate the development server by file share (or FPE, if I let it try) -- and it can't: they're on isolated networks.

How are you supposed to deploy an ASP.NET solution into a network isolated from the development network?
