Strangely enough, the problem seems to have stopped. By coincidence, the BSOD forced me to do a warm boot. Naturally, since Windows wasn't shut down properly, ScanDisk ran, so maybe that was it.
Thanks for the suggestion. If it happens again, I'll try ScanDisk to see if that, indeed, is the solution.
