>What I did was take my VFP 3.0 App and use 6.0 to convert the project completely. When I ran the application many of the forms had moved the text positioning from were it was supposed to be located and it now is skewed off to the right. In many cases this causes the text to be partially hidden by command buttons and text boxes. The consultant send this was probably due to the binaries being messed up from the conversion and they would need to be rebuilt? I wasn't sure about this in FOX Pro since the compiliation occured automatically when I opened the project in VFP 6.0.

Todd-

You can try to COMPILE FORM *, but I doubt that will help. I think the conversion probably just didn't get the text positioned right. I don't know for sure because I went from 3.0b to 5.0, not 6.0. I don't remember these kinds of problems with converting .SCXs.

How many forms do you have? I would probably just bite the bullet and manually change the labels (I gather you mean labels). You'll find that some default values for controls changed between versions. For example, bold I believe. (I don't have 3.0 on this machine to check.) Not very pretty. Perhaps someone else will have a better suggestion for you. :-\
