Making VFP come to front after receiving a drag and drop
I have not been able to figure out how to make my VFP main window come to the foreground upon completion of an OLE drag-drop from another app (or from Windows explorer) onto my app. I use OLE D&D extensively, mainly to drop files onto my VFP app. The operations work fine, but I find that I have to manually click on the VFP app window to bring it to the foreground once the D&D op is complete. Users often will drag from an explorer window (in foreground) onto my VFP app. In other words, my VFP app is often partially obscured by other windows. This can be confusing to users because any dialogue box painted by my app could stay hidden behind the other windows until the user clicks on a visible portion of my app. Upon completion of a D&D onto my app, I would like my app to come to foreground automatically for the user. Things like _screen.show() don't seem to work. Has anybody solved this problem? Thanks much.
