I am preparing to launch an app (in VFP6 to be 7) on a network with 60+ users. They will be concurrently entering work orders that include descripions to be saved in an FPT file. Older DOS versions of Foxpro were notorius for corrupted FPT files. I have heard that through 'buffering' and 'transactions' VFP does not have these problems. Also, utilities like 'FoxFix' and 'Stonefield' have been recommended for FPT file recovery. Any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated...

Regards,

Todd

Great advice from a questionable source...
