My brother Bill, enjoyed scuba diving and Abalone was his favorite catch. For several years he would go to a point just West of Tomales Bay, just above San Francisco, and come back with the largest Abalone we had ever seen. Boy they were good! Then one day he said he was never going to that spot again. He found out why the Abalone were so large – this area has the highest infestation of white sharks in the world.
