Interestingly, doing a Right Click on the PDF file in Windows Explorer and choosing the Print option also caused the GPF. I am using Adobe Acrobat 5.0 on both Windows ME and Windows 2000.

>>>Thanks Mark, the technique you suggest is EXACTLY the technique that I have been using that generates the GPF. As soon as I do the ShellExecute with the 'Print' verb the systems die. That also happens when I select a PDF file in Explorer and attempt to print from the Right Click Pull Down menu. It happens on both system I have so I assume it is an issue with Adobe. I was hoping there may be a means thru COM or Instantuating the ADOBE Reader as an object and using it's PEM's.
