Hi Michel,

It seems like every other time I'm on the UT, after reading a couple of messages I start getting the "user name not found" message.

My web browser is set up to accept cookies, otherwise I assume it just wouldn't work at all.

The last time I had this problem was today at 10:40AM EST.

Please look into this.
