I believe that you can use a distributed COM application to get the info from the server. You also have the option of setting up a SOAP server on the server you want the time from and calling a time function you set up from a client machine. (maybe a little overkill, but it is not a hard as it would appear. You can download SOAP Gold from the msdn web site to avoid much of the details.)
