I'm not that familar with the Outlook object model, but I don't think it has an ActivePrinter property that can be used as you would with Excel and Word. Further, a search of the docs doesn't reveal a method to change the printer. I assume that this means that Outlook uses the default, and setting that via the method I mentioned earlier might work.
